Code of Conduct

DigiCon is the annual conference of Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria, and all attendees are required to agree with the Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria Code of Conduct for Events.

DLTV is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexualised language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately.

At DigiCon you will notice many employees, members of the Committee of Management and volunteers wearing DLTV attire such as a conference t -shirt. There will also be a concierge at the registration desk at all times and the event manager (or another representative such as the Conference Chair or a Committee of Management member) will be present. At DigiCon18 the Event Manager can be contacted on 0490 678 296. You may also contact ACU staff or security if you need assistance whilst on the ACU Campus.
