Creating a coding club can come with many hesitations but to be discovered is a thriving environment of friendships, learning and leadership. Creating an environment that is welcoming for all students no matter age or gender is key to creating a successful club within a school. This was developed in a school that struggles to have a thriving ICT student and teacher cohort therefore it was important to promote and market the club to everybody. The outcome was student and teacher involvement all within a lunchtime timeframe, and you can achieve success too!
