Understanding how to create algorithms is central to the Creating Digital Solutions strand of the Digital Technologies Curriculum. This hands on session will provide teachers F-6 with increased understanding of algorithm development in the Digital Technologies Curriculum and will cover such terms as branching (decision making) and iteration (looping/repetition).
Participants will be involved in hands on activities that can be used in their classrooms, with or without digital devices. This session is suitable for teachers F-6, particularly those with little previous experience with the Digital Technologies Curriculum. Participants should bring a computer or tablet device with internet capability.
