Virtual reality holds great potential for education. The use of Google Expeditions has enabled Christ the King to engage in experiences beyond our four walls. Students have ventured to bustling cities, journeyed to remote locations and explored places of historical significance, all whilst ticking off curriculum outcomes along the way.
But what if students were able to create their own virtual reality experience? This session will investigate how teachers can move students from consumers to producers of emerging technologies – taking this incredible tool to the next level! You will even have the opportunity to participate in a short tour of a popular destination to experience, first-hand, how virtual reality can be truly transformational!
