Lucas is a secondary school teacher with business experience in the digital technologies area, having worked within government departments and non-government businesses (small and multinational) as well as contract and permanent roles over the scope of his decade-long career. He was trained through an Industry Based Learning program to achieve the Bachelor of Business Systems at Monash University, and notes that this model of real world learning helped greatly to shape his future career, and would like to put back into society by giving them the chances he received.
