Phil Feain has been an experienced classroom teacher for over 20 years in secondary schools in Victoria. He has been a leader in information technology/digital technologies and eLearning in schools, a tutor in university and the former State Reviewer of VCE Software Development. Phil has had a major focus on improving teaching strategies and professional learning outcomes for all teachers, both in his schools and in the digital technologies communities.
2017 has seen him take on the role of Curriculum Manager for Digital Technologies with the Victorian Curriculum Assessment Authority (VCAA) with responsibilities for F-10 Digital Technologies curriculum, VCE Computing and Algorithmics (HESS).
