Sarah Gale has taught in both primary and secondary schools for over a decade and brings her passion for technology to all areas of her teaching. Most recently, Sarah took on a role as the Curriculum Leader of Technology at Genazzano FCJ College and is dedicated to raising the profile of STEM for young women. She runs a co-curricular coding club, teaches digital technology specialist classes to Years 9 and 10 and supports the junior and middle years to integrate technology into their everyday practise. Sarah was fortunate enough to attend the Women Leading Learning Summer Coding Camp at Apple in 2017, where the App Prototyping Project grew legs. The integration of app prototyping has been a game changer to teachers and students across many curriculum areas in Sarah’s school as a simple, yet effective way to ‘create digital solutions’ and showcase student learning.
