SESSION PA: Primary years - Physical tech with block-based coding
Use a visual language (similar to Scratch) to code small demonstration projects with the BBC micro:bit plus electronic sensors and actuators. A hands-on introduction to connecting microcontrollers to the real world. Note, principles covered are relevant to other tools like Hummingbird or Arduino.

Engage with a cross-curricular design process for creating digital solutions, and explore numerous digital tools for the classroom.
SESSION SB: Secondary years - Designing real-world solutions
Practice a design process for creating digital solutions from Analysis and Design through to Development and Evaluation. Explore and collaborate on making the most of digital technologies in other learning areas across the curriculum.
